Spine Sales Associate (Ft. Lauderdale, FL)

WhatYou’llDo:

• Support surgical teams by prepping and managing spinal instrumentation and implants 

• Learn spinal anatomy, imaging, and surgical techniques through structured training and real-world exposure 

• Managelogisticsand surgical inventory across hospital accounts 

• Ensure successful surgicalcasecoverage by staying sharp, responsive, and detail-oriented 

• Work closely with surgeons, hospital staff, and your team to deliver outstanding service 

• Represent VB Spine with professionalism, urgency, and integrity 

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degreeOR

• Associate’s degree/medical certification+ 2 years of work experience 

• High school diploma + 4 years of relevant work experience  

• 4+ years of military service 

• Strong communicationand interpersonal skills 

• Desire to learn quickly, work hard, and grow within a team 

• Composure in high-pressure, clinical settings 

• Ability toliftupto 40lbs.andmaintainflexibility for an on-call schedule

Compensation:Pay for this role is competitive and based on experience, with additional factors like territory requirements, qualifications, and performancetaken into account.
