What You’ll Do:
- Support surgical teams by prepping and managing spinal instrumentation and implants
- Learn spinal anatomy, imaging, and surgical techniques through structured training and real-world exposure
- Manage logistics and surgical inventory across hospital accounts
- Ensure successful surgical case coverage by staying sharp, responsive, and detail-oriented
- Work closely with surgeons, hospital staff, and your team to deliver outstanding service
- Represent VB Spine with professionalism, urgency, and integrity
What You Bring:
- Associate’s degree/medical certification + 2 years of work experience
- High school diploma + 4 years of relevant work experience
- 4+ years of military service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Desire to learn quickly, work hard, and grow within a team
- Composure in high-pressure, clinical settings
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and maintain flexibility for an on-call schedule

Compensation:
Pay for this role is competitive and based on experience, with additional factors like territory requirements, qualifications, and performance taken into account. The typical pay range for this position is $60,000 – $69,000 annually, with potential for bonuses and incentives plus benefits.
VB Spine reserves the right to offer compensation outside of this listed range. Final compensation is determined on a case-by-case basis and considers a variety of factors including experience level, skillset, and market conditions.
