Schedule: Part-Time, 48 hours/pay period - Monday to Friday - 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Pay Range: $22.00/hr. to $25.00/hr. based on experience, qualifications, and location.

As a Spiritual Care Counselor, you will:
Provide Spiritual & Emotional Support - Offer prayer, life review, and counseling to patients and families, adapting care to individual beliefs and preferences.
Serve as a Resource & Liaison - Build relationships with community clergy and connect patients with spiritual care services as needed.
Participate in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings - Collaborate with hospice staff to integrate spiritual care into patient-centered care plans.
Offer Crisis Intervention & Bereavement Support - Assist families and caregivers through grief, trauma, and stress, providing compassionate guidance during difficult times.
Document & Maintain Patient Care Plans - Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient needs, interventions, and family support efforts

Valid driver's license and access to an insured personal vehicle.
Ability to pass state mandated background check.
Physical capability to perform all essential job functions.
Ability to read, write, and speak English to ensure effective communication with staff, patients, and families.
