Phillips Staffing is looking for energic, detailed oriented, and creative individuals to join a dynamic team at a leading textile, chemical, and floor covering solutions manufacturer in Pendleton, SC! Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain assigned looms for fabric breaks to splice material together for continuous work flow
Splice in correct filling per the lot card on the loom
Monitor, change fabric spools and thread to maintain work flow
Completing daily team maintenance (DTM) activities
Maintaining cleanliness of the airbag side of the plant by sweeping, picking up string waste, and properly disposing filling cones
Liaising with previous and next lines of production of any stoppage or down time for machine maintenance
Requirements:
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Strong dexterity and hand-eye coordination
Basic math skills including measurement
Ability to work with small hand tools
Ability to comprehend written and verbal instructions
