Description

Supervise daily plant operations and maintenance to achieve production targets safely, reliably, and in compliance with environmental regulations
Lead and develop operations and maintenance personnel through scheduling, training, coaching, and performance management
Ensure strict adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements while monitoring plant performance and equipment reliability
Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, manage plant startup, shutdown, and troubleshooting activities
Analyze operating data, trends, and key performance indicators to drive improvements in plant efficiency and reliability
Manage contractor activities, support budgeting and resource planning, and investigate incidents to implement corrective actions
