Position Description Coordinate surveying tasks and resources throughout construction projectlifecycle.Essential Duties & Key Responsibilities • Coordinate surveying tasks throughout duration of construction project. • Identify and escalate drawing discrepancies within building layout tosupervisor. • Establish baseline-building controls and work points calculate coordinateand layout points with accuracy based on project documents. • Ensure coordinated work between Trades utilizing discipline contractdrawings shop drawings and submittals. • Conduct As-Built Surveys and prepare electronic data for submission to teammembers. • Engage interact and coordinate work with other team members. • Conduct daily inspection of surveying equipment and track equipmentcalibrations. • Clean surveying equipment to ensure equipment is ready for next days work. • Order surveying supplies as directed. • Ensure security of equipment while conducting surveying operations. • Assist with overall site safety and quality programs and ensure compliance ofTrade employees and Trade Partners in accordance Turner standards applicable safety codes regulations and jobsitesecurity. • Complete time sheets production trackingmanagement extra work ticketsdaily construction reports and required safety paperwork daily as directed. • Promote teamwork in daily operations and maintain positive workingrelationship with customers contractors suppliers and other employees. • Other activities duties and responsibilities as assigned.
