Our client, a Mass Media and Entertainment company, is looking for a Sponsorship Monetization Coordinator for their New York, NY/Hybrid location.
 
Responsibilities:
  • The Sponsorship Monetization Team is part of the Client Ad Strategy & Innovation organization and oversees the digital monetization of Content Sponsorships across the portfolio.
  • The Sponsorship Monetization Coordinator will support the evaluation, packaging, and marketplace activity of sponsorship opportunities.
  • This will involve collaboration with various groups within the ad sales organization such as Sales, Revenue Marketing, Pricing & Inventory, and Client Solutions.
  • The Sponsorship Monetization Coordinator will maintain detailed tracking reports as well as be a liaison for our cross-channel initiatives.
  • This position provides opportunities to learn and grow in the dynamic industry of digital advertising.
  • Support the Sponsorship Monetization Director in maintaining title sponsorship planning trackers and content calendars
  • Support the Sponsorship Monetization Director in capturing marketplace insights on evergreen packaging strategies and priority opportunities
  • Produce sales activity readouts against our quarterly priorities
  • Maintain relevant resource materials that enable Sales and Client Solutions in responding to RFPs
  • Be the point of contact for aggregation of all cross-channel (convergent) opportunity requests including scoping revenue potential, applying packaging frameworks, and revenue tracking
  • Helping to support packaging strategy for our biggest tentpole opportunity and premiers.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Support the Sponsorship Monetization Director in capturing marketplace insights on evergreen packaging strategies and priority opportunities

Requirements:
  • Familiarity with digital tools and technology platforms including Salesforce and OperativeOne
  • 1+ years; Familiarity with the above platforms and the Ad-Sales industry.
  • Experience working in Marketing, Sales Planning, or Client Services role
  • 1+ years; Familiarity with Ad-Sales industry.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with executives and key stakeholders
  • 1+ years; Ability to remain organized and detail oriented.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • 1+ years; Primarily Excel (more frequently) and PowerPoint (less frequently); deck-building (Ppt), basic data maintenance and organization (Excel – tracking).
  • Larger passion for the supported IP (HBO Max originals, Client Organizations).
  • Previous experience at major Publisher or Media Organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines
  • Ability to prioritize across short-term and long-term goals
  • Strong analytical skills & entrepreneurial attitude
  • Ability to work in a team and independently
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • BA/BS from a 4-year university or equivalent experience
