    Join the Team: Sporting Event Security Officer
    NOLA Protection Group is the local leader in Sporting Event Security. Be part of the ACTION! We provide X-ray screening for bag and equipment entry at The Pelicans' Home Games. This is a great role for retirees, part-timers, teachers, coaches, and anyone looking for flexible, exciting work.

    Responsibilities
    • Screening: Operate X-ray equipment to identify prohibited items.
    • Searches: Conduct physical property searches and fan pat-downs.
    • Access Control: Monitor entry, exit points, and crowd flow.
    • Logistics: Lift, move, and restock screening bins (up to 50 lbs).
    • Guest Service: Give directions, answer inquiries, and guide traffic.
    • Compliance: Follow Standard Operating Procedures and log daily paperwork.

    ️ Qualifications & Requirements
    • Licensing: Registered with LSBPSE or able to meet state requirements.
    • Age/Education: At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
    • Training: X-ray analysis training preferred. Attendance at Company provided refresher training is Mandatory. 
    • Physical Fitness: Able to stand for long periods and work in varied weather.
    • Availability: Open schedule for days, nights, holidays. Weekends are a MUST! 
    • ID & Transport: Valid photo ID/Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
