Title of Position - Sports Bar Manager

Job Description: As the Sports Bar Manager you’ll be responsible for all daily operations of the restaurant. Ensuring 100% food quality and exceptional guest service will be expected as our Sports Bar Manager. The Sports Bar Manager will be accountable for the training of hourly staff and ensuring compliance with state and company standards. Excellent leadership and communication skills are essential to be successful as our Sports Bar Manager. As the Sports Bar Manager you must also be able to think on your feet and make quick decisions in addition to quickly resolving customer complaints. The Sports Bar Manager will possess the ability to keep a positive attitude and professional demeanor during periods of tension and stress. The Sports Bar Manager will work closely with the General Manager to increase knowledge and develop an understanding of budgeting, P&L, inventory management and scheduling.

Qualifications:

· Three plus years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume atmosphere is necessary for the Sports Bar Manager, in FOH and BOH

· A true desire to mentor and develop others is a trait the Sports Bar Manager must posses

· The Sports Bar Manager must be proficient in achieving solid financial for the organization

· The Sports Bar Manager must be extremely guest orientated with the highest degree of honesty and integrity

· The Sports Bar Manager may be required to work nights/weekends/holidays
