Reporting Relationships
Reports to: Direction is received from the Athletic Director
Supervision Exercised: Supervision is exercised over various full and part-time coaching staff and associated personnel within the athletic program.
Job Summary
Assist the Athletic Director with managing all phases of the athletic program. This dual role serves as the Assistant Softball Coach and includes various department responsibilities throughout the academic year, with a strong focus on athletic operations.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in coaching education, physical education, or sport administration, is required.
Playing or coaching experience is required.
Ability to work independently.
Ability to take on many different projects at one time.
Support the initiation and ongoing development of the colleges' Athletic Strategic Plan.
Strong interpersonal and human relations skills.
Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee works indoors and outdoors at times.
