Job Summary
Under the supervision of the Director of Athletics, the Sports Information and Gameday Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of the sports information function, including media relations, statistical reporting, digital content, and game-day communications. This role plays a key part in promoting athletic programs, ensuring accurate reporting, and enhancing the visibility of the university's athletics initiatives.

- Assist the university in implementing the statement and purpose
- Assist the university in implementing the long-range institutional and financial plans.
- Assist with game-day operations for all intercollegiate athletic events
- Compile, manage, and distribute accurate statistics for home athletic contests
- Report official scores and statistics to the NAIA, SSAC, and other governing bodies in a timely manner
- Maintain compliance with NAIA, SSAC, and institutional reporting requirements
- Maintain and update records of team and individual athletic achievements
- Assist in the management of athletics-related social media platforms, providing timely and engaging content
- Serve as the contact for athletics media and public relations, coordinating with local, regional, and national media outlets
- Collaborate with coaching staff to promote team stories and accomplishments
- Oversee live statistics and provide real-time updates through approved platforms during competitions
- Assist in the development and distribution of athletics communications, including recaps, releases, and feature content
- Other job-related duties as assigned
