Sports Management Instructor - FT40

Instructors are responsible for leveraging their expertise to deliver education services to students through:

• Planning and organizing instructional methods and resources
• Programmatic accreditation (if applicable)
• Facilitating student engagement in the classroom/learning environment
• Working one-on-one with students
• Assessing students and providing developmental feedback

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach sport management courses

• Develop and revise curriculum to meet program and industry standards

• Deliver instruction in multiple formats (in-person, hybrid)

• Advise and mentor students on academic and career pathways

• Participate in department meetings, college service, and professional development

• Engage with local sports organizations and industry partners to support program relevance

Position Requirements:

• 2+ years of professional experience
• Master''s Degree in Sports Management
