    Sport Mat Production Associate - 2nd Shift
    ***4-day work week, Mon-Thurs***
     
    COME BUILD SPORT MATS WITH US!
     
    PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE - (2nd Shift) - $16.50, no experience required (fast advancement opportunities!) with bonus potential.
     
    4-Day Workweek (40 hours) - Monday -Thursday, 3pm start, average 10-hour workdays

    Dollamur is the worldwide leading manufacturer of sports mats (think Wrestling, UFC, Judo, Gymnastics) and our business is growing! 
     
    We are looking for reliable people who enjoy a team-driven culture-rich work environment. 
     
    This role works in a team environment to produce high-quality sport surface products. Adherence to production goals, safety requirements and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are key to performing this job successfully.
     
    QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Self-starter able to work in a team environment.
    • Willing to work overtime and/or some weekends as required.
    • Experience working in a manufacturing environment, in a building that is not air-conditioned is a plus.
    • Must be able to work on your feet, bend, stoop, and lift consistently for all scheduled hours.
    • Must be able to manipulate and move material weighing up to 100 lbs. either rolling, lifting or using hand cart.
    SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND CONDITIONS:
    • Must be able to read, write and speak English.
    • High attention to detail.
    • Ability to solve straightforward problems.
    • Must possess hand-eye coordination necessary to operate machines and perform essential duties.
    • Mechanical aptitude is a plus.
    • Willingness to be trained and perform repairs, preventative maintenance, and cleaning of equipment and the facility, as required
