Position Summary
The physician has the responsibility of providing diagnoses and treatment to the spectrum of cases that present to the physician based on the physicians area of specialty. This will include patients normally seen in an acute care clinic or primary physicians office but will usually not include longitudinal care.
Opportunity Highlights
Competitive compensation package including starting guarantee for years 1 & 2 annual quality incentives and 100k signing bonus. Total earnings potential 750k.
Position Qualifications
Experience • Current or recent experience in Orthopedic Sports Medicine is required
Education • Graduate of an approved medical school is required • Successful completion of residency training in an ACGME accredited in an Orthopedic program is required
Required Certification
Licensure • Board Certified • Eligible Orthopedic by the Oregon State Board of Medical Examiners (OSBM) • Doctor of Medicine or DO • Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine
Basic Life Support • BLS certified from American Heart Association (AHA) is required upon start • Must obtain and maintain medical staff membership and appropriate privileges • This includes but is not limited to holding position-specific certifications and memberships as determined by Asante Medical Staff team
