We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our Thrive team!  At Thrive Spine and Sports Rehab we are dedicated to providing patient-centered care by reimagining the healthcare experience. As an Occupational Therapist on our team, you will be part of a positive, family-oriented environment and collaborate closely with other disciplines to provide the best patient care possible. Responsibilities 
  • Meet with patients from many different backgrounds and compassionately discuss their health concerns and therapy needs
  • Conduct evaluations and create a therapy plan specific to each patient that will help them meet their individual goals
  • Work closely with other members of a multidisciplinary team to provide optimal patient care
  • Maintain records of patient therapy and progress

Qualifications
  • Must hold the required state license for occupational therapy
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to improvement - both personal and professional
  • Ability to multitask
