Spot Welder - 2nd Shift

Advance Services, Inc. is looking to hire Spot Welders in Grand Island, NE. This position is a great opportunity for individuals with welding or manufacturing experience who take pride in producing quality products while working in a fast-paced fabrication environment.

Job Duties:

• Operate spot welding equipment to join metal components according to specifications
• Load, position, and align parts using fixtures and welding equipment
• Inspect completed welds for accuracy, quality, and consistency
• Read and follow work instructions, prints, and production specifications
• Perform basic setup and adjustments to welding equipment as needed
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area while following all safety procedures
• Meet production goals while maintaining quality standards
• Work collaboratively with team members in a manufacturing environment

Pay: Ranges from $20+/Hr DOE
Shift: 2nd
Hours: 2:30 pm to 11 pm
