Spray in Bedliner Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Install spray-in bedliners for pickup trucks and commercial vehicles with precision and attention to detail.
• Prepare vehicle surfaces by cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming as needed.
• Operate spray equipment and tools safely to apply protective coatings and bedliner materials.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality, durability, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of spray equipment, tools, and work areas.
• Follow all company safety procedures, manufacturer guidelines, and environmental regulations.
• Communicate with customers and team members regarding services, timelines, and recommendations.
• Assist with shop duties and other operational tasks as needed.

Skills / Education / Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience in spray-in bedliner installation, automotive detailing, body work, painting, or related fields preferred, but not required.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and spray equipment safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
