Spray Line Operator General Labor
Location Fremont IN
Second Shift Monday through Friday 230 PM to 1030 PM
Pay $16.85 per hour
Now hiring dependable and hardworking individuals for a Spray Line Operator General Labor position on second shift. All new hires begin as General Labor and receive cross training in multiple areas of production. This is a great opportunity to learn new skills and grow within a manufacturing environment.
Job Duties
Load and unload parts onto a conveyor line for powder coating
Prepare materials for the powder coating process
Monitor the production line to keep work flowing efficiently
Perform basic quality inspections
Assemble and package finished products
Operate production equipment safely
Keep the work area clean and organized
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail
Ability to stand for the entire shift
Ability to lift and handle parts throughout the day
Willingness to learn multiple production areas
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
Ability to work in a fast paced manufacturing environment
