As an Engineering Co-Op, you'll support all functional areas of our Engineering Team at our Birmingham campus, with a primary focus on Rapid Continuous Improvement (RCI). You'll rotate through all three Engineering Departments-Manufacturing, Quality, and Design-gaining hands-on experience and making a real impact on the products we build.

What You'll Do

• Participate in RCI events and engineering projects across multiple departments
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to improve processes and product quality
• Contribute to real-world solutions that directly support our production teams
• Gain exposure to Altec's custom manufacturing environment and engineering systems

Basic Qualifications

• Enrolled full-time at an accredited college or university and in good academic standing
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• At least 18 years of age
• Completed a minimum of 24 credit hours or hold sophomore standing
• Minimum GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale
