Spring Head Boys' Lacrosse Coach High School
Stipend Position
Arthur L. Johnson High School is seeking a passionate, dedicated, and experienced Head Boys' Lacrosse Coach to lead our boys' lacrosse program. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to developing student-athletes both on and off the field,
fostering a positive team culture, and upholding the standards that are associated with Arthur L. Johnson Athletics.
Responsibilities Include:
- Oversee all aspects of the boys' lacrosse program, including junior varsity and varsity.
- Develop and implement an effective off-season training program that incorporates year round development.
- Promote academic achievement, leadership, and character development among student-athletes.
- Coordinate with the Athletic Director regarding scheduling, equipment, and budgetary needs.
- Build strong relationships within the school, community, and youth program to enhance program visibility and support.
- Ensure full compliance with NJSIAA, NJILL, and Clark School District policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of boys' lacrosse strategies, rules, and player development.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Must hold or be eligible for NJDOE Coaching Certification, CPR/AED certification, Concussion Awareness training, and all other necessary certifications.
- Fingerprint clearance as required by Clark Public Schools and the NJDOE.
Must have 3 letters of recommendation and a cover letter addressed to
Superintendent Edward Grande
