Job Duties Include:
Operate Spring Line Machinery to form OEM hoses for customers
Monitor and adjust equipment settings to ensure consistent hose quality and adherence to specifications.
Perform routine quality checks to ensure hoses meet customer and industry standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet production targets and earn performance-based incentives.
