We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Consulting Sprinkler Technician to join our team in the Construction industry. This role requires a professional with a strong understanding of sprinkler systems, fire alarms, and safety procedures. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing, maintaining, and improving sprinkler systems to ensure maximum efficiency and safety. If you have a knack for problem-solving and a commitment to safety, this job could be the perfect fit for you.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform routine checks and maintenance of all sprinkler systems to ensure they are in perfect working condition.
2. Design and implement comprehensive sprinkler and fire alarm systems based on the specific needs of each construction project.
3. Organize and maintain all records related to the sprinkler systems, including installation dates, maintenance schedules, and system specifications.
4. Work closely with the construction team to ensure that all systems are installed correctly and meet all safety standards.
5. Provide expert advice and consultation on the best sprinkler systems to use for different projects.
6. Train other team members on the operation and maintenance of sprinkler systems.
7. Respond quickly to any emergencies or system failures, troubleshooting the problem, and implementing a solution.
8. Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and advancements in sprinkler systems and fire safety.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Sprinkler Technician or a similar role in the Construction industry.
2. In-depth knowledge of various sprinkler systems, fire alarms, and safety protocols.
3. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to maintain detailed records and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
4. Strong problem-solving abilities, with a knack for identifying issues with sprinkler systems and implementing effective solutions.
5. Proven experience in training and guiding team members.
6. Ability to respond quickly and effectively in emergency situations.
7. Proficient in using various tools and equipment used in the installation and maintenance of sprinkler systems.
8. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise advice on sprinkler systems and fire safety.
9. Up-to-date knowledge of the latest technologies and trends in the field.
10. A commitment to safety, with a track record of implementing effective safety measures in previous roles.
