Sprinklr Platform Administrator

Job Overview:

Pay Range: $60.00hr - $65.00hr

Requirement/Must Have:

• 10+ years of experience in IT Applications.
• Proven experience in administering and configuring the Sprinklr platform.
• Ability to manage user access, roles, permissions, workflows, and automation rules.
• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Ability to implement scalable solutions across social media, customer care, and engagement functions.
• Experience monitoring platform performance and managing incidents.
• Ability to develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to track KPIs.
• Knowledge of platform governance and compliance with security and privacy standards.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and configure the Sprinklr platform, including user access, roles, permissions, workflows, dashboards, and automation rules to support business operations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement scalable Sprinklr solutions across social media, customer care, and engagement functions.
• Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues, manage incidents, and coordinate with support to ensure optimal system availability.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to track KPIs, measure platform adoption, and provide actionable business insights.
• Establish platform governance, maintain documentation, conduct user training, and ensure compliance with security, privacy, and organizational standards.
