Salary: $75,000 to $250,000

Summary

The Sprinter Fleet Sales Manager is responsible for growing and managing commercial Sprinter fleet sales while building long-term relationships with business customers. This role serves as the primary point of contact for fleet accounts, coordinates with internal departments to ensure exceptional customer service, and develops strategic sales opportunities to achieve dealership and manufacturer objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with commercial fleet customers, including local businesses, municipalities, and government agencies.
• Identify and pursue new fleet sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and community outreach.
• Prepare fleet proposals, pricing, vehicle specifications, and purchase agreements while ensuring compliance with Mercedes-Benz fleet programs.
• Coordinate vehicle ordering, production updates, delivery scheduling, and upfit requirements with internal departments and outside vendors.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and pipeline management using the dealership CRM system.
• Collaborate with the Service, Parts, and Finance departments to provide comprehensive fleet solutions and maximize customer retention.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual fleet sales goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of automotive sales experience, with commercial, fleet, or Sprinter sales preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vehicles, commercial fleet operations, and financing/leasing options is preferred.
• Proven ability to build long-term business relationships and generate new commercial accounts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and dealership management software.
• Valid driver''s license with a clean driving record and the ability to travel locally for customer meetings and events.
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to successfully complete pre-employment requirements, including background check, motor vehicle record (MVR) review, and drug screening.

Compensation:

• $75,000 to $250,000
• Hourly plus commission

(The Sprinter Fleet Sales Manager Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include draw. The position may also pay commission compensation which is based on the value or amount of closed sales achieved from $0.00 (if no sales are made) without any upper limit other than sales performance. The position also may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.)

Schedule:

• Full Time
• Monday through Saturday availability
• Sundays off
