A financial services organization is seeking a Mandarin-speaking consultant to support HR data reporting, audit requests, and HR systems analysis. This role will work closely with HR data and technology teams, using SQL, Microsoft Access, Excel, and Dayforce to extract, analyze, and organize information. HRIS experience is strongly preferred, particularly hands-on experience with Dayforce configuration or implementation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Query and maintain data within an Access/SQL database environment.
Extract and analyze HR data using SQL, Access, Excel, and related reporting tools.
Prepare reports and supporting information for internal and Head Office audit requests.
Partner with HR stakeholders to identify required data and reporting needs.
Support analysis of employee and HRIS data for business and compliance purposes.
Assist with Dayforce configuration to enable reporting and data analysis.
Troubleshoot data and reporting issues and help validate system outputs.
Support ongoing HRIS and reporting initiatives as needed.
