We need a 6-8 year experienced DBA with the following skillset.

Advanced SQL skills (query optimization, indexing)
Stored procedures (design, refactoring, tuning)
Performance tuning in database environments
Complex database views (reporting-focused design and optimization)
Schema design and refactoring
Cloud database experience (AWS RDS / Azure / GCP equivalents)
Database migration strategies (on-prem to cloud)
