Key Responsibilities
Achieve the quota targets - consistently makes the numbers
Business acumen - Exhibits strong & confident level of business, financial and legal acumen to develop meaningful business recommendations; continuously monitors and improves area-of-control operations to ensure alignment with the company''s business direction, the quality of business practices and optimum organization performance.
Customer Face Time - Proactively develops and nurtures solid relationships in key accounts as a basis for expanding the company's business-partnering presence. Solidifies an enduring partnership with key accounts through such strategies as active monitoring of customer satisfaction, speedy problem resolution, and advance communication of beneficial company initiatives or solutions.
Deal management - plays a key role in driving the review of his/her team deals to ensure soundness and problem-free processing by the company''s back-end operations; monitors the number of deals.
Account Business Planning - Develop regular cadence on named key accounts to drive revenue improvement. Close integration with all relevant functions and stake holders to ensure account deep coverage and alignment to customer priorities.
Forecast Accuracy - identifies risks and their mitigation plan or dependencies, and any potential upside together with actions to secure the upside as committed. Where appropriate a deal bridge back to budget is required, including replacement/backfilling these commitments made to the business.
Pipeline management - has responsibility to monitor and orchestrate sales pipelines to ensure continuous population of near and long term opportunities within his/her; manages the size, shape and quality of pipeline; analyzes overall win rates and win/loss ratios.
Sales coverage - Supports the country leader to build well targeted business plans and strategies for allocating resources and driving sales activities to achieve margin; collaborates within the company and with the field to prioritize, facilitate and direct the use of resources.
Strategic sales planning & implementation - Supports the korea leader to orchestrate the development of strategic sales plans that reflect the company's business strategy, to advance market share/penetration, and achieve profitable growth.
Preferred Qualifications:
Direct Sales experience of Enterprise Content/Experience
Diligence, Positive Attitude ad Good resilience
Must be results oriented
A good command of English would be preferred but not necessary
