Role: Account Executive
The Account Executive is a key, client-facing member of the Intuitive team, responsible for cultivating new client relationships while expanding and deepening existing accounts across all of Intuitive's service offerings. You will be at the front lines of helping our clients navigate transformation through talent strategies, connecting their business goals to the right mix of IT staffing and consulting, modern marketing, and executive search solutions.
This role blends new business development with the growth and stewardship of existing accounts, giving you the opportunity to both open new doors and build long-term, trusted partnerships.
What You'll Do
- Develop new client relationships by identifying prospects, initiating thoughtful outreach, and leading consultative conversations that connect client challenges to Intuitive's integrated talent solutions.
- Grow and manage existing client accounts by nurturing strong relationships, proactively uncovering new opportunities, and ensuring a consistently excellent client experience.
- Partner closely with Intuitive's delivery and recruiting teams in a highly collaborative, communicative environment to ensure seamless handoff, alignment, and execution of client engagements.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, helping them think through talent as a lever for transformation across IT, marketing, and leadership.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of business development activity, client interactions, and pipeline health so the broader team has clear visibility to prioritize and execute.
- Achieve performance goals tied to margin growth and overall account health.
- Actively contribute to Intuitive's collaborative, people-first culture by sharing insights, participating in team meetings, and co-creating strategies with peers across functions.
