Position Title: Senior Account Executive
Location: Remote (9:00 AM–5:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to expand the company's footprint within existing pharmaceutical accounts.
- Prospect for new business within existing accounts and identify opportunities to sell additional solutions and services.
- Build, nurture, and grow trusted client relationships while developing strategic account plans.
- Lead negotiations, proposals, contracting, and closing activities to secure new business.
- Oversee successful program delivery across assigned accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and meeting program requirements.
- Manage complex client-facing projects, including planning, communication, risk assessment, resource allocation, milestones, and KPIs.
- Monitor program performance and provide updates to clients and senior leadership.
- Prepare and deliver compelling client presentations and work with data analytics teams to communicate program performance.
- Maintain detailed sales activity, client interaction, and program implementation records, including use of Salesforce and Notion.
- Attend key conferences and industry events to build professional networks and generate sales opportunities.
- As the book of business grows, work with management to hire, train, mentor, and guide an Account Specialist.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in strategic account management, sales, or business development.
- Proven track record of achieving significant sales growth.
- Strong program management experience overseeing the delivery of complex projects.
- Proficiency using Salesforce.com to capture and maintain sales funnel opportunities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Experience working in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience managing strategic accounts and expanding business within existing clients.

- Base Salary: Competitive salary package
- On-Target Earnings (OTE) / Bonus Structure: Uncapped upside for closing new SOWs
