Sr Commercial Lines Account Manager
Location: Birmingham, AL
A growing insurance agency seeks an experienced SrCommercial Lines Account Manager to deliver exceptional service and manage both the new and renewal processes for commercial clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee commercial accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Handle new business and renewals, including policy reviews and some marketing.
- Collaborate with marketing and support teams for efficient workflows.
- Advise clients on coverage options tailored to their needs, while maintain strong relationships.
- Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory updates.
- Use agency management system to streamline operations and keep accurate records.
Qualifications:- 5+ years in commercial insurance account management, with independent agency experience.
- Active P&C license.
- Expertise in commercial insurance products and coverages.
- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience with EPIC (preferred).
