Role Summary

The Sr. Account Manager (SAM) is a field-based commercial leader responsible for driving demand, accelerating patient identification, and ensuring optimal treatment for patients eligible for Galafoldxc2xae and Pombiliti Opfolda across the Michigan-Indiana area. The Sr. Account Manager will have direct responsibility representing BioMarin products to medical professionals who specialize in the treatment of Fabry and Pompe diseasexc2xa0

This role operates at the forefront of BioMarinxe2x80x99s go-to-market strategy for rare diseases, serving as the primary point of engagement with healthcare providers (HCPs) and key accounts. The SAM translates brand and franchise strategy into territory-level execution, delivering strong business performance while maintaining a deep commitment to patient impact.

As part of the U.S. Enzyme Therapies (ET) commercial organization, the SAM partners closely with Clinical Coordinators, Market Access, Medical Affairs, and Marketing to deliver an integrated customer experience and maximize outcomes across the treatment journey.

Key Responsibilities

Territory Strategy & Execution

The salary range for this position is: $146,900 to $201960. BioMarin considers a variety of factors when determining base compensation, including experience, qualifications, and geographic location. These considerations mean actual compensation will vary. This position may also be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, discretionary stock-based long-term incentives (eligibility may vary based on role), paid time off, and a benefits package. Benefits include company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans.
