Job Summary: This role is part of the Sales Planning & Analysis (SPA) department at Nintendo of America (NOA) and supports revenue generation by enabling effective order management, sell-in forecasting, and replenishment for NOA's key accounts. The position partners closely with internal sales teams and retailers to both sustain current revenue and drive incremental growth, requiring strong analytical capability, data-driven storytelling, and trusted retailer relationships. Manages sell-in (sales) activities for assigned retail/distributor accounts (NOA, NOCL, NLA, and subsidiaries), while providing guidance and training to other team members, including modeling leadership, teamwork, professionalism, and communication.

Description of Duties:

  • Serves as the primary owner of product order management, demand forecasting, inventory planning (launch and replenishment), and supply chain execution, partnering closely with Key Accounts and internal/external stakeholders to drive strategy alignment and flawless execution.
  • Analyzes and manages large amounts of complex data, delivering key insights and solutions to drive revenue and meet company strategies.
  • Develops and executes product sell-in and sales planning strategies, serving as an expert contributor in defining objectives, recommendations, and alignment with company goals and customer expectations.
  • Manages account-level launch and replenishment activities.
  • Demonstrates strong understanding of sell-in and sell-thru dynamics, partnering closely with Business Analysis & Planning (BAP) to support product planning and forecasting.
  • Acts as a liaison with Supply Chain Operations and internal partners to align demand plans and support retailer execution priorities (e.g., launch shipment and production timing), in partnership with Sales Planning & Analysis (SPA) leadership.
  • Leads team in holiday planning preparations ensuring systems, data sets, and other executional activities are in place to meet company objectives.
  • Leads weekly team meetings and participates in management meetings as needed.
  • Leads continuous improvement and value-add initiatives through cross-functional collaboration with distributor and internal NOA teams, providing data-driven analysis and recommendations to management.
  • Leverages subject-matter expertise to enhance forecasting tools and processes, ensuring KPI compliance and contributing to the development and implementation of new metrics.
  • Develops and delivers clear, insights and performance reporting to management and stakeholders, explaining variances to plan and highlighting key assumptions, risks, and opportunities through effective presentations.
  • Responsible for delivering training and preparing onboarding for new employees of the Account Management team.
Summary of Requirements:
  • Five or more years of related experience.
  • Understanding of sales operations, sales management, and retailers.
  • Strong PC skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and advanced Excel user
  • Clear communicator who enjoys collaboration in small teams.
  • Undergraduate degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Oracle (EBS) order management and Demantra experience preferred
  • Retailer vendor web portal experience a plus (e.g., Retail Link and/or Partner's-On-Line)

This position is HYBRID in Redmond, WA. Hybrid positions require regular onsite work following the schedule and guidelines for their division. This position is not open to fully remote status at this time.

This position includes the base pay range listed below, potential for a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.

Pay Range:

$105,300-$168,500 USD
