Overview
We are seeking a Senior Account Supervisor to support high-profile healthcare and medical device accounts. This is a highly visible, client-facing role where you will own day-to-day communications, lead key initiatives, and partner closely with senior leadership in a fast-paced agency environment.
Responsibilities- Own day-to-day client communications across multiple workstreams
- Lead development and execution of:
- Press releases
- Product launch communications
- Data milestone announcements
- Executive visibility initiatives
- Act as a right hand to senior leadership, managing deliverables in real time
- Lead internal and client calls with a strong point of view and clear understanding of account priorities
- Partner closely with junior team members on:
- Agendas and recaps
- Reporting and activity tracking
- Client deliverables and documentation
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring responsiveness and high-quality output
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Qualifications- 6 years of experience in public relations or communications (agency experience preferred)
- Experience within medical device or pharma required
- Strong writing and editing skills across a range of materials (press releases, statements, bylines)
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and operate as a day-to-day lead
- Comfortable working in a highly collaborative, real-time client environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
