Senior Accountant

What You'll Be Responsible For
Financial Reporting & Month-End Close
- Prepare and review monthly financial statements
- Process journal entries and reconcile accounts for monthly and annual closes
- Participate in month‑end close, KPIs, budgeting, and cash flow analysis
- Prepare and maintain monthly and annual review files
Balance Sheet, Treasury & Cash Management
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts, including:
- Bank reconciliations
- Loan schedules
- Fixed asset schedules
- Support treasury functions, including payroll and cash management
Inventory & Operational Analysis
- Establish monthly inventory valuation in line with group processes
- Produce and analyze aging inventory reports
- Partner with Sales and site managers to challenge aged inventory and receivables
Multi‑Company & International Accounting
- Maintain and review records for international affiliates
- Prepare schedules and documentation for outside auditors
- Support audit readiness and financial statement publication
Business Partnering & Leadership Support
- Provide senior leadership, department managers, and sales teams with timely, reliable financial insights
- Review accuracy of fixed assets and depreciation schedules
- Maintain General Ledger accounts
- Act as backup support for other accounting department roles
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)
- Strong working knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software
- Experience with budgeting, financial close, and operational reporting
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a structured environment
- Folding Carton, Printing, or Packaging industry experience is a plus
