You will play a key part in ensuring compliance with accounting standards while supporting operational and financial reporting initiatives.Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance 7+ years of professional accounting experience with expertise in GAAP and IFRS CPA or CMA certification highly preferred Proficiency in SAP ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders U.S. citizenship requiredResponsibilities Manage month-end closing activities, including journal entries and reconciliations Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP and IFRS Support audit processes by providing documentation and ensuring compliance with SOX requirements Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Oversee operational finance activities such as accounts payable/receivable, inter-company, payroll, treasury management, and Travel & Expense processes Identify opportunities for process improvements within accounting workflows Support audits and contribute to strengthening accounting controls in a growing team#LI-TG1#LI-Remote
