One of Airetel Staffing's valued clients is looking for a Sr. Accountant located in Dallas-Fort Worth.

Education Bachelors in Accounting, CPA
Experience: 7+ years in positions with responsibility for:

General Ledger/Payroll/Accounts Receivable and Payable/Sales Order/Financial Reporting, Reconciliations,
Extensive Advanced Excel spreadsheet generation/ integration/ linking/automating,
Analysis, Forecasting
Accounting Standards (FASB/GAAP) and Internal Control policies and procedures.
Experience in multitasking environments with responsibilities across broad accounting functions as opposed to highly specialized in a few accounting functions in a larger environment.
Experience with setting up/customizing Accounting Software and Payroll. We use ADP and MAS 100. Prohibit AI presently because of strict confidentiality obligations.
Experience reviewing and negotiating detailed legal documents such as lease documents, detailed long term sales and supplier contracts. We have long-term high value Commercial-type Government Firm Fixed Price Contracts as well as customized service contracts with commercial operators. Commercial is the operative word. We do not maintain a DCAA approved Cost Accounting System for government contractors. Our services are available for sale to Commercial as well as Government buyers. Because we do not wish to convert to a DCAA-approved Government Contract Accounting System, all sales to the government are through the Firm Fixed Price Commercial Contract where the commercial market determines fair and reasonable prices.
Experience in industries with strict privacy and confidentiality regulations and penalties as well as strict mandatory cybersecurity requirements such as financial institutions, health care, DOD.
Absolute requirement of verifiable career performance through previous supervisors and senior management at each employment.
Must be willing to submit to extensive background checks - criminal, financial, drug and alcohol, social media, etc. due to the access to government CUI data and financial records/sensitivity of the position.
