Sr. Accountant

A growing client of ours is seeking a skilled Full-Charge Bookkeeper to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys working in an entrepreneurial environment and wants to make a direct impact on the financial operations of a developing business.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of day-to-day accounting processes while helping improve procedures and financial controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions

• Monitor and follow up on outstanding customer invoices to improve collections and cash flow

• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations

• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities

• Review and track purchase orders, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up

• Maintain accurate financial records within QuickBooks

• Support financial reporting and general ledger activities

• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and organization

• Collaborate with leadership and external accounting resources as needed

Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, or related experience

• Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations

• Experience with month-end close activities

• QuickBooks experience required

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

• Excellent communication and follow-up skills

Pay Details: $29.00 to $35.00 per hour
