Senior Accountant

Location: Bristol, Indiana (Fully Onsite)
Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and analytical Senior Accountant to join our team in Bristol, Indiana. This fully onsite position is ideal for an accounting professional with a strong audit background who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys digging into financial data, improving processes, and supporting strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the month-end close process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
• 
  
• Prepare monthly financial reports, analyses, and forecasts to support operational and business planning decisions.
• 
  
• Analyze financial results, identify trends and variances, and provide actionable recommendations to management.
• 
  
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc financial analysis projects.
• 
  
• Support internal and external audit activities and help strengthen internal controls and financial processes.

Qualifications

• 
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 
  
• 3+ years of accounting experience with a background in public accounting or audit preferred.
• 
  
• Strong understanding of month-end close processes, financial reporting, and forecasting.
• 
  
• Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• 
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with ERP systems.
