  • Support of monthly filings for state sales & use tax
  • Analyze historical warranty claims, trends, and cost drivers to support the warranty reserve calculation and prepare quarterly reserve roll‑forwards and adjustments.
  • Perform standard month-end closing responsibilities such as journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement reviews.
  • Support internal and external audits, providing schedules, documentation, and explanations as needed.
  • Participate in annual SOX testing and ensuring compliance with key controls.
  • Assist with annual reporting requirements to our parent company, Amsted Industries, including revenue disclosures, AR schedules, sales by location and other Revenue/AR based reporting requirements.
  • Identify and execute process, internal control, cost savings, and financial performance improvements.
