This is a direct hire role with a full benefits package.You'll play a key role in our financial operations, supporting monthly close processes, financial reporting, and internal controls. You'll work closely with business leaders and gain exposure to high-level financial strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare monthly financial statements for assigned operating locationsReconcile general ledger accounts and ensure accuracyAnalyze budget vs. actual variances and provide monthly narrative reportsComplete monthly three-month financial forecastsConduct rate analysis and financial reviewsCommunicate financial insights to business partnersManage accounting data flow from remote facilitiesAssist with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance and quarterly reviewsSupport the annual budgeting processTrain non-financial staff on accounting procedures and internal controlsOther duties as assignedQualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (required)Ideally 1-5 years of relevant experience#J-18808-Ljbffr
