Work Schedule: Hybrid - 4 days/week on-site, and 1 day/week WFH
Salary: $95k-$100k base salary + $15k bonus + Comprehensive Benefits + 401k

Must have:
• 2-8 yrs of Accounting experience
• Very large public company ($5B+ annual revenue) experience (with SOX, Consolidation, financial statements and reports, and intercompany transactions experience)
• General core accounting job duties including month-end reporting and close, reconciliations, and journal entries
• Advanced Excel
• Bachelors Degree in Accounting

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to support corporate-level financial reporting and consolidation within a multi-entity organization. This role is responsible for preparing consolidated financial statements, supporting month-end close, and delivering timely financial and managerial reporting to internal stakeholders. The position will also play a key role in general ledger maintenance, audit support, and financial analysis, while collaborating cross-functionally with various departments. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, tackling technical accounting topics, and contributing to process improvements within a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Prepare and support monthly close activities, including journal entries and consolidations
· Produce monthly financial and managerial reporting for internal stakeholders
· Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts; ensure accuracy of financial data
· Assist with annual financial statements and audit schedules for external auditors
· Support SOX compliance efforts and internal control assessments
· Perform financial analysis and assist with budgeting-related activities
· Research technical accounting topics and support special projects as needed
· Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve accounting issues and improve processes
