Sr Accounting Associate (Project Hire)The Senior Accounting Associate's primary role is to provide various accounting and research support for the Payment Center of Excellence team.Project Hire Assignment: This position is a temporary Project Hire assignment expected to last approximately twelve (12) months. Employment is intended to support a specific business need for a limited duration and there is no guarantee of extension, conversion, or placement into a regular full-time position at the conclusion of the assignment.ResponsibilitiesMonth end journal entries and account reconciliationsDaily monitoring for suspended transactionsTransaction search and lookupPWC audit requestsResearch and SupportHandling of ad hoc payments via an internal payment platformDaily research and email response to Guest Service emails regarding Guests who have had issues with their purchase (internal facing only).Day to day ad hoc transaction researchExperience Required1+ years work experience in accounting or related fieldExcellent accounting skillsExcellent time management and organization skillsDemonstrated excellence in MS ExcelFamiliarity with auditsAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentAbility to analyze data and correlate data attributesExcellent verbal, written, and listening skillsEducationBachelor's or equivalent experience in Business or Accounting preferredThe pay rate for this role in Florida is $22.12 to $27.04 per hour.
