Sr. Accounting & Finance Manager

LHH has an immediate need for a Plant Controller. Our client in an innovative and progressive manufacturing company that needs someone with excellent accounting skills in cost and inventory plus strong leadership skills to develop and manage a team. You will work directly with the CFO on strategy initiatives and help execute new policies to create more efficiencies.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Ability to manage all accounting and finance functions including month end close, general ledger and journal entries, and financial reporting

• Lead and develop a team of accounting and finance professionals

• Handle internal controls, assist with the annual audit, and support company initiatives

• Oversee tax compliance, research, and company policies

• BS in Accounting or Finance

• CPA/MBA preferred

• 10+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment

• 5+ years in a leadership role

• Excellent technical skills with Excel and SAP
