Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Senior Accounting Manager to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $150,000 to $180,000 per year.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and execution of Oracle Fusion implementation projects across finance and accounting.
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to drive systems integration and process optimization.
  • Coordinate post-implementation evaluations to ensure scalability, compliance, and long-term value.
  • Develop and execute test plans, oversee user acceptance testing, and resolve system issues.
  • Support post-M&A integration activities including financial consolidation and policy alignment.
Requirements:
  • 12+ years of progressive corporate accounting and ERP implementation experience.
  • Apply strong technical knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SOX, and government contract accounting (FAR/CAS).
  • Communicate effectively across teams and present technical information clearly.
  • Manage multiple projects independently with strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Show proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems, especially Oracle Fusion Cloud.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
  • Exhibit experience in SEC reporting and working in publicly traded environments.
  • Possess strong project management skills and a track record of leading cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving ability in technical and unstructured situations.
  • Work with minimal supervision and exercise sound judgment regularly
