Compensation Data
The base salary range for this position is $170,000 to $269,000. The position may be eligible for a role specific discretionary bonus, relocation, and/or other compensation elements. We continuously review market data and may adjust salary ranges as needed in the future. Description
The Senior Associate Director, Marketing is responsible for leading the development and execution of key healthcare professional (HCP) marketing strategies and engagement initiatives that support launch readiness and commercial success. This position drives the strategic planning, implementation, and optimization of HCP-focused marketing programs, with primary accountability for peer-to-peer engagement, speaker bureau strategy and operations, congress planning and activation, and broader HCP engagement initiatives. The role partners closely with Medical Affairs, Sales, Market Access, Commercial Excellence, Legal, Regulatory, Compliance, and external partners to deliver integrated, insight-driven customer engagement strategies that are aligned with brand objectives and evolving customer needs. The individual will lead cross-functional collaboration, manage agency partners, and establish new capabilities and processes required to support a successful pre-launch environment, while ensuring all activities are executed in a compliant and measurable manner. This position requires strong strategic thinking, influence without authority, operational excellence, and the ability to build scalable HCP engagement capabilities from the ground up.

This role is based on-site at our Ridgefield, CT location with hybrid flexibility of 2-3 days per week on-site.
