POSITION SUMMARY: Provides support for and coordinates departmental projects. Facilitates information exchange between the Johns Hopkins Health System, School of Medicine and other departments, vendors, or outside agencies. Performs administrative duties such as composing and editing complex correspondence and reports. Develop office procedures to ensure efficient and timely operations and may provide advice/guidance to other administrative/clerical staff.
COMPETENCIES:
Education: High school diploma
Knowledge: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
Demonstrated ability to identify, analyze and solve problems.
Ability to plan, organize, complete and manage programs in the most efficient manner.
Salary Range: Minimum 22.33/hour - Maximum 36.86/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
