Overview
The Senior Admissions Representative is responsible for recruiting and enrolling qualified students, while providing ongoing support throughout the duration of the Student Enrollment Agreement. In addition to guiding prospective students through the admissions process, this role also serves as a key leader within the department, supporting the Director of Admissions, mentoring team members, and contributing to the overall success of the admissions function and student experience.

Qualifications
HS Diploma or GED and minimum of one (1) year of experience with Concorde as an Admissions Representative or minimum three (3) years of experience working in Admissions Representative role with another institution (required)
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing or related field (preferred)
Minimum one (1) year of experience in customer service and/or sales (preferred)
Online only - Minimum of three (3) years of online higher education experience (preferred)
Understand implications of new information for problem-solving and decision-making

Work is performed indoors in a climate-controlled environment when on site at assigned company location. Employees must be able to safely ambulate when on company premises.
This position is eligible for a remote, hybrid, on campus or an onsite work location to meet business needs. Employees must be able to follow all safety precautions including the use of personal-protective equipment. Employees must also be able to adhere to site-specific safety procedures. Work environments may include exposure to student learning environments with a variety of conditions. Employees must meet minimum technical standards for eligibility and participation.
