The Sr. Advanced Quality Engineer – Fall Protection provides quality and reliability engineering leadership to cross-functional project teams developing and manufacturing occupational fall-protection products. The AQE directly interfaces with New Product Development, Product Support, and Value Engineering teams. Primary duties are to lead and direct the quality activities of project teams to successfully meet Project Quality Objectives as well as project goals including Time-To-Market, Cost, and Performance for this highly regulated and safety critical category.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Serve as the Sr. Team lead for the Quality and Reliability function while supporting process improvement initiatives.

Requirements:
Master’s or equivalent degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing/Production, Materials Engineering or related engineering field and 2 years of relevant experience or Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing/Production, Materials Engineering or related engineering field and 5 years of relevant experience.
