Solstice Advanced Materials has been increasing its footprint in pharma and life sciences through sustainable refrigerants, high purity materials and high-performance packaging. To continue to build our position in healthcare and life sciences, we have an exciting opening for a technical expert for inhaled applications.
The successful candidate will drive adoption of our sustainable Solstice Air medical propellant, through building technical expertise, developing customer relationships, understanding unmet needs in the industry, and helping navigate the regulatory environment. The candidate will work with global, cross-functional teams focused on developing new adoptions and build internal expertise in inhaled applications.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will drive customer adoption of new propellants for Solstice Advanced Materials in inhaled applications for short- and long-term growth globally. This will include leading the development of proof-of-concept metered dose inhaler (MDI) formulations including Solstice Air propellant and technical evaluation of same by industry standard testing. Leading a research program to develop and defend our intellectual property used to protect Solstice Advanced Materials' investments in this application will also be critical.
Working with customers, industry partners, third-party labs, trade organizations and regulators worldwide to enable the adoption of our new products is also major responsibility for this role. The candidate will also work to identify growth opportunities in medical aerosol applications and initiate NPD projects for business growth by working closely with the commercial team through stage-gate process. Regular communication with the global project team will also be required. The successful candidate must have a willingness to travel (15%)to accomplish these responsibilities.

COMPENSATION
The annual base range for this position is $127,805k-$159,500k. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Solstice considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate''s work experience, education and training, key skills, as well.
