Job Summary
The position is responsible for leading the talent and organizational development body of work, including leadership development coaching and activities and initiatives that promote improved individual, group, and organizational performance in support of Harris Health's strategic objectives. This includes developing curriculum while measuring overall effectiveness. Coaches and consults with executive leadership. This position also works proactively with Harris Health Leadership to ensure overall talent strategies are in alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Minimum Qualifications
Degrees:
Masters degree
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Licenses & Certification: Profssnl in Human Resources, SPHR (Senior Professional Human Resources), or Six-Sigma certification (Preferred)
Work Experience: Ten (10) years experience in Human Resources, Talent Management, Organizational Development, or Adult Education. Experience with internal consulting and organizational/leadership development.
Management Experience: Five (5) years experience in HR, Adult Education, or Consulting environment
Communication Skills: Above Average Verbal (Heavy Public Contact), Exceptional Verbal (e.g., Public Speaking), Writing /Reports (Creation of regular reporting), Writing/Correspondence
